Combustion Chamber
Overview:
Two combustion chambers are located on the right and left sides of the turbine and host combustion operation of fuel and compressed air.
The 15-ton equipment has the task of directing the compressed air to the torch, mixing it with gas or gasoline fuel, and carrying out the combustion operation. The operating temperature of this chamber is 1200°C.
To tolerate the high heat, the part is being made of a superalloy.
Sepahan MAPNA Engineering & Equipment Manufacturing Company has given the mission of supplying, manufacturing, repairing, and restoring this equipment.
This equipment consists of the following parts:
– Top dome
– Flame tube
– Mixing chamber
– Outer shell
– Adaptor ring
Technical Characteristics:
- Weight: 15 tons (for turbine class MGT-70)
- Material: Inconel and supperalloy
- Can be designed and developed for different power plant classes
