Mr. Mohammad Reza Ghasemi

The purpose of establishing the sales and market development department is to expand and stabilize Sepahan Mapna’s presence in the target markets, to identify and penetrate new potential markets, and to increase the sales of products, equipment and services provided by the company.

Achieving these goals is possible only by creating constructive, agile and effective interactions between customers and different departments of this deputy and based on organizational values and customer-oriented principles.

Therefore, the main mission of this deputy is to establish continuous and dynamic communication with the managers of service providers, review and analyze market needs and opportunities to enter the new business environment, and also create new values based on customer-oriented principles.

This mission will be able to be realized by providing suitable and effective solutions, practical development of the business and trade environment and creating suitable situations to promote growth and profitability in Sepahan Mapna Company.

Among the activities of this deputy, we can mention direct negotiations with customers to conclude contracts, complete tender documents, provide price proposals, and issue invoices when the order is finalized.

Mr. Hassan Abedian

 

This deputy is located in Isfahan science and technology park. Equipped with up-to-date software and hard ware technology with cooperation of expert employees, operates for designing and developing the products and services and technological support for the products in order to increase service quality and decrease the providing and production expenses and also maintaining the competitiveness of products.

The existence of infrastructure and platforms for technology transfer from companies with knowledge and effective communication with scientific and research centers are among the other capabilities of this department.

Mr. Majid Karbasi

 

The management and leadership of all the obligations of the organization in the form of plans and projects from the initial phase and planning to the implementation, control and conclusion phase are among the main missions of this deputy.

In line with the two strategic goals of attracting, developing and maintaining competent personnel and adapting the organization and organizational culture to its strategies, the Deputy of Human Resources has implemented effective processes based on scientific models; In such a way that in addition to providing and continuously increasing the welfare of employees, it is also effective in promoting the brand and competitive position of the organization. Also, by maintaining and promoting the mental and physical health of employees, preventing environmental pollution and continuously improving the safety, health and environment management system, it is committed to the standards and legal requirements of the HSE field and supports the main activities of the organization.

Mr. Davood Mazaheri

 

Supply chain management is considered as a dynamic and agile logistics structure, a support process in the value chain of products of Sepahan Mapna Engineering and Equipment Manufacturing Company; which is in charge of supply planning management and identification and evaluation of suppliers, legal and contractual management of contractors, timely and quality purchasing management and outsourcing of parts manufacturing.

The development of reliable supply networks through the improvement of the process of identifying, evaluating and continuously empowering suppliers as a strategic plan is being done in this deputy.

Mrs. Mahnaz Torabi

 

The planning, execution and technical-technological and operational guidance of all production processes related to the company’s product portfolio and commitments, in accordance with the current and future needs of customers, are carried out in this deputy; In such a way as to ensure timely and high-quality production in accordance with the necessary standards.

The presence of heavy industrial sheds, various overhead cranes with a capacity of 50 tons, heat treatment furnaces with a temperature of 1200 degrees Celsius, up-to-date equipment and machinery, along with the expertise and capabilities of the personnel, are among the production infrastructures of this company.

Mr. Mohammad Hassan Mohammadi

 

The main mission of this deputy is to make strategic policies and develop the organization’s strategies, to manage the portfolio of the organization’s commitments along with the leveling and allocation of resources.

Other missions of this deputy are:

  • Planning and monitoring the implementation of the organization’s processes, in order to improve the level of business management
  • Planning to integrate and implement macro and sector strategies of the organization
  • Designing and implementing the planning package system, in order to increase and improve the success of the organization’s operations and projects.
  • Prioritization, planning and supervision of activities and alignment of strategies and operations of the organization
  • Establishing a systematic and intelligent connection between resources and uses, especially at the level of the portfolio of projects
  • Monitoring and evaluating the performance and productivity of the organization
  • Management of hardware and software infrastructures, for process and information support of operational units and projects of the organization with ERP as its focus.

Mr. Soheil Mahabadi

Providing financial resources on time based on the budgeting of different departments of the organization, managing costs and cash flows of the company, providing financial analytical reports and responding to financial regulatory institutions are among the main missions of this deputy.
